Seken is Indonesia's marketplace for secondhand fashion. Whether you're buying or selling, this guide will get you started in minutes.
Step 1: Create Your Account​
- Download the Seken app from the App Store or Google Play
- Tap Sign Up and enter your email or sign in with Google
- Verify your email address via the confirmation link
- Complete your profile with a photo and bio
Quick Start
You can browse listings without an account, but you'll need one to buy, sell, or chat with sellers.
Step 2: Set Up Your Profile​
Your profile is your storefront. Make it trustworthy:
- Profile photo: use a clear photo of yourself
- Bio: tell buyers about your style and what you sell
- Location: set your kecamatan for local discovery
- KTP verification: optional but earns a Verified badge
Step 3: Start Browsing​
Use the Home feed to discover fashion near you. Filter by:

Step 4: Make Your First Purchase​
Found something you love? Here's how to buy:
- Tap the listing to view details
- Chat with the seller to ask questions
- Tap Buy Now or Make Offer
- Choose payment method (GoPay, OVO, bank transfer, etc.)
- Wait for seller to ship
- Confirm receipt and leave a review
Buyer Protection
Your payment is held in escrow until you confirm the item is as described. If there's an issue, you can open a dispute within 24 hours of delivery, after that, with no dispute, escrow auto-releases to the seller.
