Payment Methods​
Seken supports all major Indonesian payment methods through Xendit:
- GoPay: instant payment via Gojek
- OVO: instant payment
- Dana: instant payment
- ShopeePay: instant payment
- Bank Transfer: BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI
- QRIS: scan to pay from any e-wallet
- Virtual Account: auto-generated bank transfer number
Buyer Protection (Escrow)​
Your payment is never sent directly to the seller. Here's how escrow works:
The Flow​
- You pay → money held by Seken
- Seller ships the item (within 48 hours)
- You receive and inspect the item
- You confirm receipt → money released to seller
If the item doesn't match the listing, you can open a dispute within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review and mediate. After 24 hours with no dispute, escrow auto-releases to the seller.
Buyer Protection Fee​
A flat IDR 10,000 Buyer Protection Fee (BPF) is added to protect your purchase, the same amount on every order, regardless of item price. It is made up of three components:
BPF = proteksi IDR 6,500 + pembayaran IDR 2,500 + asuransi IDR 1,000 = IDR 10,000 (flat)
Shipping is a separate line item (quoted per order by the courier), and sellers pay 0% commission: the BPF is the only platform fee, and the buyer pays it.

Totals above exclude shipping, which varies by courier and destination.
Invoice Expiry​
Payment invoices expire after 24 hours. If payment is not completed, the order is automatically cancelled and the item returns to the listing.
